Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or edible products)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for opened or partially used food products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
